Housing Focused Case Management Training
This training is designed to strengthen skills in delivering housing focused case management and supporting participants in achieving stable, long term housing outcomes. Participants will learn practical strategies for engagement, goal setting, and maintaining a housing first approach in their day to day work.
Important Requirement:
To attend this training, all participants must be fully SPDAT trained. This means you must have completed a full SPDAT training either the day before this session or at a previous time.
Being fully SPDAT trained is essential. Without this foundation, the content of this training will not be as meaningful or beneficial. Please ensure you meet this requirement prior to registering.
