A statewide NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) Training will be held in preparation for the transition to NSPIRE standards for CoC Program-funded housing, expected to take effect October 1, 2026.
This full-day training will help CoC-funded programs and community partners understand the new NSPIRE requirements and prepare for implementation. Participants will learn about key inspection standards, health and safety requirements, common deficiencies, and what programs should be doing now to prepare for the transition from Housing Quality Standards (HQS) to NSPIRE.
The training will provide practical guidance to help programs confidently apply the new standards, maintain compliance, and ensure safe, quality housing for the individuals and families they serve.
