Welcome to the West Virginia Balance of State Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). Before receiving access to the live HMIS site, all new users are required to complete the onboarding and training process outlined below. These steps are designed to help users understand HMIS policies, security requirements, system navigation, and program specific workflows. Throughout the process, you will work with your assigned HMIS Data Coach, who will assist with account setup, training questions, and final approval for live site access.
